I have been lifting weights for over 25 years. I compete in powerlifting events. and weighed 307lbs. since then I lost over 85lbs. because I wanted to be a full time personel trainer and wanted to look the part. I was profiled in June 2007 Natural Health Magazine for my weight loss program.
