Woop woop, worked more on power and control this month, been training for 8 months or so now, june video, mainly handbalance and parkour and theres like 1 backtuck in it. Im unhappy with the shit muscle up in the tree but I can muscle up fine usually, ah well. Enjoy and comment constructively...
