Jun 19, 2008 - That depends on how much you eat, and what you eat. Keep in mind your body isn't a machine don't do chest three days in a row or even doing arms twice a week can be a mistake.Everyone has different genes what works for me may not work for you, so i'll tell you what i can without inferring with that relation. If your working out everyday solidly with good focus you should get 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.

Jun 19, 2008 - but i think four days a week is more realistic i usually try to work out mon-thrs and i get all my muscle groups done for the week. So it's up to you and how many muscles you do per day just make sure you don't do chest and legs or shoulders and calves because your blood only want's to rush one way and you won't heal properly or atleast as well as you would combining chest with triceps. Think about it get back to me and i'll help you out some more if you'd like.
