Dec 5, 2008 - That's not a funnel cloud. Just because a cloud might looks like it has a slight twist to it or its hanging down doesn't mean it's a funnel cloud. A good way to tell is if it's hanging down and rapidly rotating. You'll definitely know when you see one.
