Dec 5, 2008 - Sarah: I stumled upon your site today. It doesn't say about the cardio: before or after and how long? I am afraid to make muscles with 15 lbs dumbells, which I don't want . what is the right weight, still to burn fat?

Sallyakerti Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - Thanks.

diethealth Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - the weight really depends on your own fitness level. It should be difficult to complete the last rep but that could mean 5-10 lbs if any weight at all. Ask a trainer for help at your local gym! Regarding cardio check our video from week one - "uncover your best body"

Dec 5, 2008 - if you're in such good shape, why are you still fat?

Dec 5, 2008 - Im sitting here eating hot cheetos thinking" wow she is perfect, i wish i looking like that.. i just dont have the time"

SPA2TACU5 Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - You have the time to eat cheetos...You know what? You can work out and watch youtube videos AT THE SAME TIME!

JesseLuvax Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - Sarah: What if we don't have dumbells? Is there a great way to loose weight without dumbells? My concern is my stomach. Also, how long does it take to loose all the weight?

mjufpn Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - thats an extraordinary thing to hear!LOL!

XLoveTheFireX Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - Not uh.. Ive tried and it is difficult to me. i watch t.v at the gym instead :D

SPA2TACU5 Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - You wont really lose much weight with dumbells. Instead you need cardio practice: running, cycling, rowing, swimming.Dumbells will make your muscles grow (a bit) and muscles will burn fat. But the average person won't lose weight by just gaining some muscle. If you workout daily (20 mins of cardio) you will see results in 1 - 2 months already. Also change your eating habits! More veggies+fruit+nuts, less sugar & fat & meat.If 20 mins is too much start with 1 minute. Next day: 2 mins. Etc.!

SPA2TACU5 Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - If you can sit watching it, you can also sit-up watching it. Doing sit-ups that is.

Hottey737 Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - Not really, if ur really into the show and doing sit-up u miss parts of it when u down and ur kness block the screen. All ur doing is putting others down because they don't work out as much. i bet ur a big fat ass loser, who doesnt have a life. Honestly i think ur very rude.

SPA2TACU5 Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - I'm sorry if I offended anyone. To me it looks like some people think watching these videos will get them in shape by just watching... You still have to put in the effort and all I'm suggesting is to combine the two. Watch + work out. Good luck.

pimgooss Says:

Dec 5, 2008 - There's always got to be a cynic, huh?! I love these videos! I do them, in combination with some other vids, 6 days a week and after only FOUR weeks I am already noticing a difference. I love how Sarah and Stephen break down each movement so you're not "cheating" your way through the workout. I'm lookin good, feelin great, and I still enjoy cheetos too!! LOL!! (and I'm doin this all post-baby!)
