Jun 4, 2008 - ...well, that depends on how much you have to lose. Weight and/or inches, will drop before you visually can tell that you lost. The main thing is, you've got to keep on it. Set yourself up a little goal; try to lose something realistically, say 1 pound a week, and by "blank" date, you'd like to have lost "x" amount of pounds. And stick with it! A lot of people get frustrated, but you can't let that happen to you. With Wii Fit, it's designed quite well and you will get results with it.

Jun 7, 2008 - when you complete the challenge..you will put a video with the results or something???
PaulGale Says:
Jun 7, 2008 - Yup, that's exactly it. On Monday, June 16th, I'll put up a new video and say how many hours I put into it in 4 weeks, if I gained or lost weight, my final opinions of it, etc.
dumaramutsi Says:
Jun 7, 2008 - hey thanks for the quick answer..well i hope the wii fit excersises work well..good luck man.

Jun 7, 2008 - I wish I could get some muscles. The Wii Fit really works, though. I've lost a little bit of weight, but I see my muscles are a lot stronger.Good luck with your Wii Fit Challenge!
PaulGale Says:
Jun 8, 2008 - Well that's great to hear that you've already lost some weight with Wii Fit. Just keep it up and you'll eventually reach your goals. Also, you're right, you are building up your muscles, and the longer you go with Wii Fit, the stronger you'll get.Thank you for the comment and good luck to you too.

Jun 14, 2008 - Stop spending your money on video games and move out of your parent's house already. Take that Lord of the Rings poster with you...
PaulGale Says:
Jun 14, 2008 - Oh I know you're cool, dude. :)
PaulGale Says:
Jun 14, 2008 - There's no reason for any hostility. I'm just making a video that'll hopefully be informative for those interested in buying Wii Fit.

Jun 21, 2008 - Great vid man, can't wait to see the results. Out of curiosity as a martial artist myself (and fellow obsessive gamer :D ), what have/do you study as a martial artist? The Paul Gale Network is cool too btw, that pic of you with Shigeru Miyamoto is the balls!
PaulGale Says:
Jun 22, 2008 - Ah yeah, I haven't put up the video yet, but will upload it today. There was some crazy stuff that happened earlier that day that kind of prevented me from doing much...but don't worry, I'll do it by this day's end.
PaulGale Says:
Jun 22, 2008 - Thanks a lot, man. The current style that I've been practicing for the last 4 years has been Shotokan Karate. In fact, I actually got my Black Belt, in it, yesterday. :)Before Shotokan, I was involved in various other martial arts, some being more proficient than others. I just always enjoyed learning different art styles. Also, thank you about the Paul Gale Network, comment. Shigeru Miyamoto is indeed quite a cool person and it was an honor meeting him those several times.
Ross0do Says:
Jun 23, 2008 - Congratulations on the belt man!I feel the same about martial arts, I've always tried to learn as much as I can from as many people as I can as well as try new forms - I guess there's always room for improvement for all practicioners regardless of what they study really, again congrats on the belt dude. Also I noticed in the wiifanboy vid you did (lol) you had a prize belt, did you used to fight amateur or something? And yeah, Miyamoto is a hilarious, legendary guy!

Jun 25, 2008 - Fuck BMI, you've got a 6 pack, only way you'll lose 5 pounds is by NOT working out and losing 6 pounds of muscle.
babaaghanoush Says:
Jun 26, 2008 - LOL 48 inch chest brah? hahahahahahahaha keep dreamin...well developed biceps? for a little girl sure
PaulGale Says:
Jun 26, 2008 - The max my chest was, while flexed, was 48", so that's why I used that number as it was off the top of my head. More realistically, in this video, it was probably 44". I didn't mean to exaggerate, it's just that that was the number I was at most of the time. And my biceps are good enough in size for what I participate in, which is martial arts. They're not particularly big, but strength and speed are more important to me.
PaulGale Says:
Jun 26, 2008 - Yeah, BMI is only so accurate, as it doesn't really take into consideration things like muscle mass. Thanks for commenting, too.

Jun 26, 2008 - I see a polish easgle?
PaulGale Says:
Jun 27, 2008 - Yup, that's right.
PaulGale Says:
Jun 27, 2008 - Thank you for the comment, bud. I'm glad to hear that you're a fellow martial arts practioner that's also a videogamer. Mr. Shigeru Miyamoto is awesome.
asiancolossus Says:
Jul 6, 2008 - Thank you so much for this, I just got one and you have given me much inspiration! My BMI is 25.6 even though I think I'm pretty muscular, could lose some around the waist. You've already got great definition!
PaulGale Says:
Jul 7, 2008 - Oh you're very welcome, bud. I'm glad that I could help in any way, really. That was the whole purpose of my two-party video, so I'm glad it worked. :) Good luck with your results; I wish you well.
PaulGale Says:
Jun 4, 2008 - Well, are you talking about exercises in general, or those that are on Wii Fit? In either case actually, I usually recommend jogging. Jogging is a good fat burning exercise and it's a good idea to try and incorporate it into your life, a little bit every day.If exercise is new to you, then start off with something small like 5-10 minutes, and a couple of times a week. Eventually, you can work yourself up to longer sessions and more of them.As far as how long until you "see" results...
