Jul 21, 2008 - Thanks for the kind words. Regading the spatula...we picked it up at a dollar store (Dollar Tree) a few years ago and it is one of the best we have ever found. If you ever find it, buy a dozen! It is heat resistant and one of our favorite tools in the kitchen.

Aug 10, 2008 - Egg keema doesn't really have keema (meat) in it. The texture and process is similar to making keema but it's an option for vegetarians who eat eggs.
