If you think the growth of FEDERAL government over the last 50 years has made our country strong economically think again. The main reason we have housing bubbles, and trillions of $ in debt, and wasteful activities, and lack of freedom, and lack of constitution.....it's all because the government is trying to takeover America! We the people were advised long ago that collectivism and coercion are the two biggest evils in the world and normally have perverse side effects! Today the government's war on marijuana skims only about 0.1% of the marijuana off the streets. There is an old saying, "Drugs won the war on drugs." Prohibition doesn't work and it is hurting our people more than helping. Everyday people who could've been working in the fields growing this stuff so that it can be taxed are instead in prison for YEARS because of a weed that naturally grows! Would we throw our alcoholics in jail? Do you think this helps the economy? Seriously?
