May 23, 2008 - Well this is your best video yet & better than most health videos on youtube but you still neglect the fact that the natural sugar in fruit is the body's preferred energy source. Milk is a highly allergic food. In the past you put yogurt on a pedastal. Now you seem to present yogurt for what it really is- a health compromise. Nonetheless, you provide numbers/perspective & bring it down to Earth w/the example of the sugar in glass. You could contrast w/brown/unrefined sugar.

We rebroadcast these clips with permission but he doesnt directly get the comments. I would however say that for many yogurt is not a health compromise. It has many many nutritive properties when produced with real organic milk and no refined sugar. Kifir is also another way to turn the lactose into nutrition and is not a bad food unless you have intolerance to milk protein.
