Apr 8, 2008 - yeah its the small muscles that come between the ribs u need to develope as the ribs r just bone and easy to break always. ill make u a video with side sit ups and also taking kicks to the side. its all about those muscles between the ribs mate and how u exhale and position ur torso when u take a strike.
