Jul 6, 2008 - Weather was terrible, there was a strong crosswind which prevented the vintage fly-in, and kept most of the small aircraft on the ground. The B-52 didn't show up, but I doubt if that was weather related. The only really big aircraft to fly was a C-17, which came in from Afghanistan, and then departed to Brize (not part of the airshow, but still impressive). The flying display finished early, before 4pm, just as the heavens opened.
