This time I have dropped to 12% bodyfat. Previously I was 15% in my last video. My main course of meal is still junk. Well I try to eat green veges and fresh fruits everyday. I have pasta with broccoli and pineapple cubes, with flaxseed oil as a substitute for tomato sauce, drink 2-3 cartons of yogurt drink or juice a day, 1 tub of yogurt, a bottle of pringles chips, and toffee cakes when I cheat..on most days lol. My metabolic rate is very high though. I do long distance cycling, 1 hour of rope work and also bodyweight exercises. No fat burners or protein powders. This time I'm au naturalle :)
