Nov 19, 2008 - The fit test for me is a great launch point. I took the test back in March and failed horribly. It was after the first month of Power 90 before I could complete the test. I just wanted to tell folk who are interested in starting P90x, that there is a min. level to start from. I have seen many videos where more out of shape folks dive right into the program and they get hurt or the just quit because they can't do it. Thanks for watching!

Nov 19, 2008 - hello; i also agree the fit test is a great way to see if ur up to the challenge.. i had done 4 weeks of weight training; instead of the 3. and during the start of my recovery week; i had gotten an extreamly tragic personal news. i had become very depressed for the las 10 days or so;and havent worked out; and have barley eaten anything.compared to my 5 meals i day i was having one unhealty meal. i feal iv lost all my gains i had made; but ur video inspired me to go to phase 2. thx!!

Nov 19, 2008 - I agree with that, but when I talked about the rules, I was just being pratical. I miss one or two, but a plan in place to get the job done. Thanks for watching.

Nov 19, 2008 - the p90x diet is low carb at first. "doubles" for p90x is technically cardio x in the morning and then your workout at night, usually incorporated in the 2nd phase. if you miss a workout i really don't recommend doing 2 - p90x workouts in one day unless its weights and a cardio. glad you are on board!!! Good Luck!!you have some good goals, I think you will definitely make those goals probably sooner than a year.:)
