Nov 19, 2008 - I do pushups, crunches, knee ups, pull ups, curls, and I work at walmart unloading trucks. Unloading trucks has helped me some as well as the working out. I try to workout like every day actually. One thing to do is once you see yourself platuing to up either your reps or the amount of weight you lift or some of both. If you notice that what you are doing seems to be getting easier then up the reps or up the weight. You do not have to get your whole workout done in at one time during the day.

You will find that you can workout more each day if you do thia. Since I have to work I can only do this on my days off. But on days that I have to work, I workout some when I get home and then maybe a couple hours later workout again. This will increase your endurance, strength, and stamina.

Nov 19, 2008 - I try to eat a diet that is mostly natural or organic foods. I was using a whey protein drink mix, but I now have blood when I poop, and I am thinking it is due to the protein mix. I suggest just getting your protein from real foods like meat, nuts, beans, milk, eggs, cheese. Try to keep from drinking soda and drinks high in sugar or corn syrup. Stay away from foods that contain hydronated oils, sucralose (splenda), aspartame, and other artificial sweeteners. Real sugar is better for you.

Nov 19, 2008 - I have made up a protein shake that does not require one to use any protein mix or anything like that. All you have to do is grab a blender, throw some peanutbutter or peanuts into it, throw some vanilla icecream into it and then throw some milk into it. 1-2 tbs peanut, 1-2 cup icecream, 1-2 cup milk.Try to drink plenty of water. Your body needs at least 1 gallon of water each day. Drink normal water without any sugar or anything in it. Also try to eat foods that are high in fiber.

I have heard that it should be about 12 inches worth of poop each day. This should be a normal every day thing. Cleaning the body out of waist is important so that it can properly digest and utilize the foods you eat each day.

Nov 19, 2008 - I have been focusing a lot on my abs lately trying to work on getting an 8 pack lol...I just lost like 5 lbs and dropped my body fat to 17.4 percent...when I started really working out again it was at 18.9 percent and I was like 180 lbs.
