Ozzie plays sick with a cold so he doesn't have to accompany Harriet and her friend to the department store to exchange some purchases. When next door neighbor Thornie shows up, he convinces Ozzie to go bowling with the added incentive that the night's high scorer wins a case of ginger ale from the bowling alley.Ozzie has a good night at the lanes but is surprized to see Harriet, who has never bowled before, show up with her friend.
