Jul 6, 2008 - lol, ok mr serious....first of all to get technical. yea this exercise works the same muscles that the squat does, second of all the reason that exercise was added is becuase in paintball when ur on the left or right of a bunker and ur leaning out on one leg, you need endurance, balance and posture, which is why i like this exercise, it helps ur muscles hold longer, with better formi messaged u 2 links telling what muscles they work. thanks for your comments-Johnathan Ta
