Nov 19, 2008 - which joint? is it your knee? I get that in my right leg but not my left. Not much you can do for clicking bones its not really a problem, take cod liver oil supplements to make sure they are sufficiently greased :) Your front kick should not be high though its a kick that goes either straight or downwards from your mid section not above. otherwise it just becomes like a face push kick which isnt much use on the street you will end up on ur arse hehe.

Nov 19, 2008 - Very light weight and squats helps develope the leg muscles so they can support your joints better that may help. Also if you are doing the front kicks into the air dont put force into it, only put a bit of force if you are actually hitting a bag or something cause that will damage the joints as they are not being stopped by anything its means all the force you exert just ends up pulling the joints apart.

Nov 19, 2008 - No its like..not my hip..but at the very top of my thigh..before the peliv girdle or whatever it's called. I bring my leg up, then when i go back, right as i start going forwards with the kick it does it. But only my right leg. My whole body is kind of pop'y so to speak. I am worried about my ribs though. They kind of point in. Especially the lowest ones on your sides, not floating ribs, the bigger ones.
