Nov 19, 2008 - the dumbells are the bowflex selectech..i choose the ones that go from 10-90lbs but you can buy them 10-50lbs..they are very expensive $300 to $600 but i have all the dumbells i ever need in just two dumbells..if you want something cheaper walmart carries a version that goes from 10-50lbs for only 160.00

Nov 19, 2008 - Dude, I didn't know they were making small cars to look like dumbbells! You are really bringing it. You mentioned at the beginning of the video that you were feeling a little sick. Is that the benchmark that you go by to determine that you've had a good workout? I've only felt a little sick twice after working out.
