They often try to browbeat married women who are at the margin of their strength taking care of the kids they have, to have more. Meanwhile the Islamic Republic of Iran has the most successful *voluntary* population control on the planet...

We're at the tragic levels of population we are now, because the technologies for birth control weren't spread due at least in part to people's fear of uncontrolled sex.Just googled negative population growth-totally fertility rates in Spain, Italy, etc. are below replacement levels. We can and should be heartened: left in peace to develop modern societies, people spontaneously control population.
