Nov 19, 2008 - just sign up for the site.you can use sand bags, backpacks with weights, a 45 LB barbell weight whatever that's not a barbell? obviously a sand bag isnt a keg, but a keg isnt a sand bag, they're all going to effect you slightley different.

Nov 19, 2008 - I'm in the military and I'm having trouble finding a storage place for all my 'stuff': kettlebells, punching bag, big azz tire, so getting a keg is probably can't happen. I do like the idea of the water constantly moving. These are some great ideas.

Nov 19, 2008 - If you haven't finished growing, it'll damage the growth plates, but otherwise, it can wear them down. Parallel squats are best I think.
