Jul 20, 2008 - lol. Okay. For a parallel tpss, you want your right hand 1/4 into the silk and the left hand 1/3 poll length closest to the silk. Then you bring your hands up to above your head in a spiral motion. You should release above your head with your flag parallel to the ground. It should go around once but you can apply force to get a better rotation. You catch this toss parallel to the ground at eye level

Aug 9, 2008 - your technique is a little off.on your spins you shouldnt move your elbows and your spin spot.your thumb flips should be done with an extended arm.your tosses should be caught stronger and you shouldnt prep before releasing.dont adjust your flag between pull hits and dont prep on those either.
